Welcome

I’m Tricia Mosher and I have been working in fields related to building strong and successful organizations, programs, families, and children for over twenty-five years. My background in child welfare, mental and behavioral health, and related fields incorporates field-work and organizational development. As a consulting partner with your group, I will bring leadership and implementation science to the discussion while working on projects large and small to assist organizations and communities in building lasting solutions for an ever-changing field. Most importantly, I will strive to assist you in bringing multiple perspectives on your system into the strategy and implementation of your project, whether it is a training project, full system re-alignment, or something in between. In short, together we can bring forward solutions based on the strengths you already have, and the goals you have set for the future.

My Clients Have Said

Tricia Mosher has assisted the Pathways to Home program during our first 18 months as a developing community collaborative. Through facilitation of focus groups with the Board and with representatives from our partners leading to a one day retreat, Tricia assisted us in building a strong foundation of case practice to best serve families in our community. Tricia’s expertise in bringing together diverse groups of stakeholders such as social service professionals, faith based organizations, as well as individuals representing the corporate sector, was key in ensuring a successful outcome of our one day retreat. Her skillful facilitation of dynamic dialogue helped us focus our efforts and craft a strong plan for growth for the up-coming year.
